Hey Hudson community,
I just received, fresh from Hudson Japan, a brand new, still sealed Shooting Watch. For the uninitiated, the Hudson Shooting Watch is the famous device used to capture how many times you can hit a single button in a single second. Legendary Hudson gamer Takahashi Meijin aka 16 shot (http://tinyurl.com/mecjtz) is known throughout the world for his uncanny ability to press a single buttons 16 times in one second! Here’s your chance to practice for yourself and get on his level! Or just own a still sealed piece of video gaming history, your choice =]
It was also features in the 1up show’s Hudson segment. Check out the footage right here! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Tieu1PH3y8
This is an iconic piece for any gamer’s collection, and we’re giving it away to one lucky person!
Crummy picture quality is crummy, but you get the idea.
To win, all you have to do is post your favorite Hudson memory. This can be involving any of Hudson’s games from the our retro goodness (NES, TG16 days) to the new Hudson hotness (Deca Sports, Marble Saga, Bomberman Live) The shooting watch represents all of Hudson so any story that is Hudson related counts! Turn our head, make us laugh, make us cry(?), but it’s gotta be something pretty awesome to win.
As of this post, we are officially accepting submissions, and we will halt accepting new submissions on Friday, June 20th, 1pm PST.
Click here to go to the forums to post your favorite Hudson memory now! We’ll all be watching this thread to check out who’s got the best Hudson story, and a winner will be selected at the end of the day on Friday, June 20th. Feel free to comment on other’s stories, it’s all good! We’ll do all the separating of what’s a story and what’s a comment. Good luck!
